Located at 140 MacNab Street North in Hamilton, Ontario, HTI’s Studio Theatre is an intimate theatre space available for performance, concerts, rehearsal, meetings, and special event rentals. Our venue is wheelchair accessible with accessible parking spots for those who may have mobility issues.

The HTI Studio Theatre can be configured with or without seating based on the needs of your event. Our theatre-style seating layout accommodates 100 attendees, and the maximum capacity without seating is 190 attendees. HTI also offers concession services, and we can provide a fully licensed bar upon request (additional fees may apply).

Our stage is 34 feet x 15 feet. The venue comes equipped with lighting and sound systems.

Blackout Dates

HTI stages three full-length musicals each year in our Studio Theatre. During these periods, we will not be able to take outside rentals as our stage will be set up for performances.

Our blackout dates for the 2025-2026 Season are:

• January 18 – March 8
• April 19 – May 31
