Theatre Space Rentals
HTI’s Studio Theatre is a performance and event space in downtown Hamilton. Our intimate theatre space is available for performances, concerts, rehearsals, meetings and special events. Our venue is wheelchair accessible with accessible parking spots for those who may have mobility issues.
The HTI Studio Theatre space can be configured with or without seating based on the needs of your event. Theatre style seating layout accommodates 100 attendees and the maximum capacity is 190 attendees without seating. HTI offers concession services and we can provide a fully licensed bar if required (additional fees can be charged in the rental agreement).
Our stage is 34 feet x 15 feet and the venue comes equipped with lighting and sound system.

Please note that HTI stages three musicals each year at our Studio Theatre. During these periods we will not be able to take outside rentals as our stage will be set up for performances. Please refer to our current season page for our show dates.
